ABOUT PICAF
In 2019, the Penang International Container Art Festival (PICAF) brought together
Malaysian and international artists in a creative showcase of large-scale container
art at various locations in Penang.
Today, these installations continue to add a bold artistic presence to Penang’s
landscape, offering visitors a different way to experience art beyond conventional
gallery spaces.
